FAQs
To make sure we can truly deliver top‑tier, tailored support, and to avoid overpromising, we have 10 very specific (but totally realistic) requirements that every potential Corviable client must meet, regardless of size or whether you’re a brand-new startup. These rules help us deeply analyze your business, identify its biggest challenges, build a real Service Coordination Plan for your growth, and ensure you’ve got the financial footing to afford the work. Here they are:
Complete Business Application: Provide a fully completed application form with detailed descriptive information about your business (e.g., legal name, business address, mission, services or products, target markets, business model, stage of growth).
Legal Entity Documentation: Submit proof of your legal business entity (e.g., Articles of Incorporation, Operating Agreement, or business registration certificate). If you’re not formally formed yet (pre‑revenue startup), you must clarify your intended structure and provide a plan for entity formation.
Identity Verification via Plaid™: Authorize Corviable to perform identity verification through Plaid™’s Identity Verification (“IDV”) service to confirm the identity of the business owner(s) or authorized representative(s). Plaid™ uses data from reliable sources (credit bureaus, financial institutions, DMV, etc.) for this purpose.
Financial Verification via Plaid™: Link your business (or personal, if very early-stage) bank account(s) through Plaid™, so Corviable can independently verify income, cash flow, and account balances. This ensures Corviable has real-time data to assess financial viability.
Monthly Revenue or Financial Projections: Provide validated data on your monthly gross revenue for established businesses, or, for pre‑revenue startups, provide credible financial projections (income, burn rate, cash runway) for at least the next 12 months, backed by reasonable assumptions and documentation.
Minimum Liquidity or Cash Reserve Test: Demonstrate that you have liquidity (e.g., through bank statements) or a cash reserve to cover at least one or two months of the service-plan fees, ensuring you can sustain payments while working through onboarding and optimization.
Business Plan or Strategic Goals: Submit a current business plan, a growth strategy, or an outline of your short‑ and long-term goals, risks, and growth obstacles so Corviable can create a tailored Service Coordination Plan.
Authorization for Service Coordination: Provide written authorization (e.g., via a signed onboarding agreement) that allows Corviable to coordinate services, act as agent or power of attorney (where permitted) for administrative or operational tasks, and communicate with any necessary third-party providers (vendors, service partners, etc.).
Compliance & Legal Disclosures: Confirm that your business complies with all applicable regulations (local, federal, and international), including any licensing, anti‑money laundering (AML), and sanctions laws. If relevant, disclose ownership structure, parent/subsidiary entities, and whether you operate in regulated or restricted industries. Also certify that your officers and principals are not on sanctions or watch lists (consistent with Plaid™’s developer policy).
Consent to Terms & Fees: Acknowledge and agree (in writing) to Corviable’s policies, including the mandatory one‑time $500 USD Consultation & Analysis Fee, which covers the initial work (consultation, analysis, onboarding). You must also acknowledge that Corviable reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny your application, and that approval is not guaranteed just by paying the fee.
Why These Requirements Matter:
They ensure Corviable can actually assess your business efficiently and accurately.
They help us identify real gaps (financial, operational, or strategic) so we can propose services that truly drive growth.
They protect Corviable from taking on clients who may not be financially stable enough to follow through (which is critical for long-term partnerships).
Because Corviable works globally, these checks (especially via Plaid and legal documentation) help us comply with U.S., Michigan, and international regulatory standards.
Important: Meeting all these requirements does not guarantee acceptance. Corviable reserves the right to approve or deny any application, in whole or in part, based on its own risk and business‑service criteria.
We’re not here to waste your time, or ours, with BS “intro calls” that don’t actually move your business forward. The one-time $500 USD Consultation & Analysis Fee covers real work on our end. It’s not a handshake fee. It’s not a coffee chat. It’s not a sales pitch disguised as a “free discovery call.”
Here’s what you’re actually paying for:
A serious, strategy-focused consultation, not a surface-level chat. We dig into what you’re trying to build, what’s working, what’s not, and where the bottlenecks are.
A full operational deep dive, we look under the hood of how your business runs, how you make money, where you’re bleeding time or revenue, and what systems are helping or hurting you.
Our internal prequalification analysis, which determines if we can genuinely help you and what type of plan you’d need.
The initial setup and prep work for onboarding if you’re approved. (Yes, this starts before you ever pay for a monthly plan. That’s why it’s billed separately.)
This fee has nothing to do with your future monthly plan. We can’t price a service plan until we’ve actually done the deep analysis, otherwise we’d just be guessing, and you’d end up with the wrong plan or the wrong expectations.
And just to keep everything clean and transparent:
The fee is mandatory.
It is non-refundable, no matter what.
It is non-transferable.
There are zero exceptions.
Not to be harsh, just honest. We put in real work, whether you move forward with us or not.
And if we decide not to officially move forward together? You don’t just get a “thanks anyway” email and vanish into the void. You’ll receive a Business Analysis Report, which is basically a snapshot of your business from an operational and strategic lens.
It outlines:
Where your business stands today
What gaps or inefficiencies are holding you back
Opportunities you might be missing
What types of services or systems would help you level up (with us or with whoever you choose)
In other words, even if we’re not the perfect long-term match, you still walk away with something valuable that helps you grow, because your fee covered actual work, not just conversation.
At Corviable, we believe in aligning our service plans with your business' financial reality. That's why each plan comes with a minimum and maximum price range, ensuring affordability while reflecting the value we provide. The final price for your selected plan is determined after a personalized review of your business' monthly gross revenue. This approach allows us to tailor our services to fit your specific needs and budget, ensuring that you receive the best value without compromising on quality. Whether you're a startup or an established enterprise, our pricing model is designed to scale with your business' growth, providing flexibility and support every step of the way.
Service Plans Depending on where your business is, we’ve got a plan that fits:
Genesis Plan (Only $6,000 USD one-time per entity): Our basic package, ideal for startups or early-stage companies.
Evolution Plan (Starting at $4,000 USD /month per entity): A mid-tier plan for growing businesses that need more strategy and scale.
Opulence Plan (Starting at $12,000 USD /month per entity): The complete package, for large or complex organizations that need a customized approach.
Commitment Required Every plan carries an annual commitment: the Genesis Plan requires a 12‑month term and will automatically upgrade to the next higher‑tier plan at its conclusion, while the Evolution and Opulence Plans require a 60‑month (five‑year) commitment. We choose such extended terms because meaningful transformation takes time, the longer horizon gives us the runway to dive deeply, adapt as your business evolves, and produce sustainable, long‑lasting results without shortcuts or disruption.
No Refunds, No Transfers, No Early Cancellations Once you choose a plan and pay, it’s locked in. That means no refunds, transfers, or early cancellations, whether it’s setup fees, subscription charges, vendor costs, or the services themselves. Even if you stop using the service early, the payment obligation remains. This policy ensures we stay focused on delivering your transformation, not processing refunds, and keeps all vendor and service commitments stable.
Special Client Categories If your business generates more than $10 million USD in monthly gross revenue, operates 10 or more locations, or is a government or public‑sector organization, Corviable applies a service‑fee that is 5x our standard rate. This premium adjustment reflects the scale, complexity, and higher resource requirements associated with larger operations. It enables us to deliver the dedicated, tailored support and robust infrastructure necessary to meet the unique demands of enterprise‑level businesses.
No, Corviable does not take ownership of our client's businesses. We’re here to work for you, providing services tailored specifically to your business needs and goals. Our focus is on helping you grow, scale, and succeed, your business remains entirely yours, and we operate strictly as a partner and service provider. We're an extension of your team, bringing expertise and resources to help your business thrive without ever claiming a stake in it.
That said, there are special cases where we may accept equity or stock in a business as a form of collateral or compensation for our services. This is always optional and based on mutual agreement, usually in situations where it makes sense for both parties to align interests long-term. But for the vast majority of our clients, you’re in full control, and our work is purely service-based. Our priority is your success, not ownership.
Funding doesn’t come easy for every business, especially startups and "getting off the ground" phases. That’s where we shine. If you’re not able to lock in funding on your own, Corviable has your back. We’ll tap into our network of trusted partners, think investors, lenders, and financial institutions we’ve vetted, to help find the right fit for your business.
We’ll work side-by-side with you to figure out what funding route makes sense: whether that’s pitching to a private investor, exploring venture capital, or going through a traditional lender. Our goal? To streamline the process and remove the guesswork, so you can focus on building instead of scrambling for cash.
Because at Corviable, supporting your success is everything, including helping you pave the path to funding.
We totally get it, committing to a long-term contract might feel like a big ask upfront. That’s why we want to be upfront: a long-term commitment contract is required for all service plans. The reason is simple: real transformation doesn’t happen overnight. A long-term commitment gives us the necessary time to really get to know your business, your goals, and the unique challenges you face. That way, we can build strategies that are tailored specifically to you, make adjustments along the way, and deliver results that stick.
Studies show that working together over a longer period leads to more stability, a stronger return on investment, and deeper trust, because we’re in it with you, not just for a quick fix. Instead of hopping between short-term projects that disrupt momentum, an annual plan allows us to fully embed into your operations, evolve with your needs, and drive sustainable growth. Think of it less as a “lock-in” and more as your ticket to real impact, with Corviable by your side through every phase of your business journey.
A CorvFund™ account is Corviable's way of ensuring that your business has the necessary funds to fulfill your desired services. It's an internal account established for each client business, where deposits are required every 3 months based on the budget plan outlined in your Corviable Service Coordination Plan.
Corviable bills only for the exact amount necessary to efficiently fulfill all services every 3 months, so "leftover" funds rarely exist. You have the option to make installments every 3 months as required by default or to add your total budget to your CorvFund™ account upfront.
This system ensures that your business has the financial resources needed to support the services provided, streamlining the process and helping to avoid any interruptions in service delivery.
Please note: This is not an escrow account, and the funds are not insured. All CorvFund™ balances are non-refundable and are applied towards your contract balances and vendor bills. Any remaining funds that are not utilized will be forfeited.
Corviable is a fresh, boutique-sized company, and while we’re expanding fast and serving clients all around the globe, our current team is lean. Because of that, we can’t yet provide high-tier phone support, that’s a goal for when we scale to needing a dedicated line.
In the meantime, all communication happens through:
the online chat on our website (bottom right of website)
instant messaging in the Corviable Portal (active clients only)
email us at support@corviable.com
We’re committed to being responsive, you can expect to hear back from a member of our team within minutes via any of those methods. As we grow, phone support will definitely be part of the mix, and we’ll let you know when that’s live.
We take your privacy super seriously. Think of us as that vault, complete with top-tier, bank-level encryption (we’re talking the same security the big banks use). All your data, snail mail, email, chat messages, you name it, it's protected with that high-level encryption, and our protocol is locked down tight.
But we don’t stop at tech. Our team is expertly trained in data protection practices and modern breach-prevention standards, multi-layered defenses, MFA, regular audits, you get the idea. We stay sharp so you don’t have to worry.
We also never sell or trade your info, only sharing it if a verified court order makes it absolutely necessary. No shady business here.
Before giving out any account details, we always ask you to verify your identity, whether you’re calling, emailing, or tapping into chat. And if someone tries to gain access without proper verification? We’ll immediately alert the real account holder, just in case.
So, in short: airtight encryption, expert-trained humans, zero unauthorized sharing, and extra caution for anything unusual. That’s Corviable’s security guarantee.
To cancel a Corviable service plan, you’ll need to reach out to our Sales & Support Team via email at support@corviable.com. Sending an email automatically generates a ticket in our internal system so we can track your request properly. From there, the cancellation has to be approved by both your business’s Administration and Corviable’s Administration before it can be processed, this ensures everything is properly handled on both sides.
Please note that all cancellation requests must be submitted at least 60 calendar days before your desired cancellation date. Any remaining balances on your service plan must be paid immediately, and any fees you’ve already paid are non-refundable. Following these steps helps us close your account cleanly and ensures there are no surprises for you or your team.
